The product can be returned within 7 days at the latest. Original packaging and almost complete product.

Refunds

Exchanges may be provided on a case to case basis.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

While we strive to have your cream delivered on time, we cannot control any unexpected delays that the courier services may encounter (i.e. FEDEX, UPS, USPS, DHL). In order to ensure your cream is delivered by your desired delivery date please place your order, submit any and all necessary information in the provided fields, as well as finalize your payment.
